Background
Dr. Thomas Kinney is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a member of a numerous prestigious industry societies. A graduate of the Medical College of Wisconsin where he served as chief resident, Dr. Kinney has always been passionate about education and serving the reconstructive patient base as well as the cosmetic. He is also proud to serve his patients with a variety of highly specialized microsurgical techniques as one of only a hand full of surgeons throughout Wisconsin and beyond to offer such services.
